Price It (series) + bloglovin

I am adding this series that I think will be fun for readers.  Sometimes you can really tell the difference in quality and the look of an item by price.  Sometimes $30 shoes are cheaply priced for a reason – because they will just fall apart and are made poorly.  But, other times it’s just a brand name and it doesn’t really give a different look.

Personally, I prefer not to spend a lot on shoes because I think the trends change so quickly that I don’t really want to be stuck with $500 shoes.  However, there are certain styles that are a little bit more timeless and will stick around for a few years.  So, can you pull off the same look you’re going for without sacrificing your budget?  Let’s try!

Below are 2 different, but similar shoes in appearance.  Scalloped nude-colored flats can be paired well with this and this, or this and this.  Can you guess the price of each?

Scalloped nude flats!

On the left:  $35, $150, $695

On the right: $15, $95, $425

Did you guess right???

Thanks! My husband sometimes thinks things need to cost more to be more fashionable, but then he sometimes he gives me random compliments on clothing I’ve had for awhile and didn’t spend much on. 🙂
