I know some of you love the high end really fashionable shoes. Some of the popular brands right now are Stuart Weitzman, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Frye, and Christian Louboutin. What would you pick if you had to choose your favorite brand? And what would the reason be? Would your favorite be the most fashionable, would it be the way you feel super sexy in those shoes? Would it be the price you paid for the shoes, the way they match every outfit, or the comfort on your feet?
One of MY favorites
One of my favorite shoes brands is TOMS. I love their shoes primarily because they are super comfortable. Weird thing is, I didn’t love them from the start. The first time I got a pair maybe 5+ years ago, I decided I didn’t like the way they looked on my feet and I returned them. Then, last summer I decided to try again and bought a pair. I kept them but the first couple of days I hated them so much. Turns out, they take a couple days to wear in so they do hurt for 1-2 days as they stretch out and form to your feet. After that, they are really amazing. They are my favorite shoe to wear and I personally find them very versatile. I wear them with skinny jeans casually, or with a more dressed up shirt and either way, my feet are happy.
Right now I own a white pair (no longer white after living in Arizona and NYC…) and a chambray pair. I LOVE the chambray. I wanted to share with you some other options if you love TOMS or are considering trying them! Also, with every purchase, they give a pair of shoes (read here) to someone who needs shoes! Check out some of the chambray options below! I currently own the pictured light chambray slip-ons but I’m eyeing the espadrille-style flat slip-ons for a different style. I am also considering the chambray flats with the v-cut top line for a work shoe.
Another style that I think it pretty unique is the embroidered TOMS. If you want something a little different than a simple and solid shoe. They’re a bit bohemian or southwestern so if you’re into having a shoe like that, these might be the ones for you. These shoes celebrate art and culture around the world. Check them out below!
